Development Procedure:

Detail study of requirements

Studying reference sites (usually provided by the clients)

Providing some sample design (if needed by the clients)

Submitting prototype website to clients (it includes Color combination, Page Structure and Logo mainly)

Finalizing the Logo and Color layout and taking consent from the clients about color, layout, text etc.

Integration of the dynamic part of the website (if any)

Development of the final website and modification (if necessary)

Basic SEO activities and standard testing

Final delivery

Full instruction manual for hosting

Assistance (if needed) to host the application in client’s server

Coordination:

For each project, we setup a team allowing necessary members ( 1 Project Manager and required developers) from our side and 1 or 2 members from clients side.

Email/ Chat/ Call center Support requests are treated as our main means of project communication.

Every conversation is documented through email and sent for approval

In some cases we allow clients to login directly to our server for checking daily activities or work progress.

For web application, we usually host the trial application and its progress reports in our dedicated server.

After user acceptance test, the source code is delivered to the respective client.
